Apartment Biolay is a fantastic three bedroom apartment located by the Planards ski area and Montenvers train station in the popular town of Chamonix-Mont-Blanc. The apartment has three bedrooms and can comfortably sleep up to 8 guests with use of the sofa in the living room. The apartment is modern and set up with everything you need for a great holiday in Alps. There is a washing machine, WIFI and use of a sauna shared with one other property. Given the close proximity to the Planards ski area, apartment Biolay makes a great choice for families looking for an easy start in in morning as many of the ski school operate their kids clubs at the Planards ski area. In the the summer the Planards area becomes the Planards attraction park, home to the famous Chamonix luge. The Chamonix luge is a thrilling luge coaster track that winds through the forest, a must do when visiting in the summer.
Apartment Biolay in a great location in Chamonix. It is walking distance to the town but away from the noise in a quiet spot. The apartment is around the corner from the Planards beginner slopes and the luge which is great entertainment for all ages. Most importantly, the Biolay apartment is at the end of the famous Vallee Blanche ski run. It is therefore in a perfect spot after an epic run! In conclusion Apartment Biolay is a great spot for small groups and families who would like to be close to the action, but in a quiet spot.
The apartment is located over two floors with a private entrance . There is an open plan living/dining/kitchen area with sofa bed, TV and DVD player. The fully equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, oven, stove, microwave, coffee machine, washing machine and tumble dryer . There is 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom on the ground floor. Bedroom 1 – double bedroom with 1 double bed Bathroom 1 – ensuite with bath, basin & WC. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Bedroom 2 – twin bedroom with 2 single beds. Bedroom 3 – bunk bedroom with a set of bunk beds sleeping 2 guests. From this bedroom there is a patio door leading out to a terrace.. Bathroom 2 – shower, basin & WC. There is also a ski/kit storage area. Externally there is a designated parking space to the front of the building. There is also a shared terrace and sauna, and access to a utility room with washer/dryer.
Self-catered bookings include linen/towels, end of stay cleaning and local taxe de sejour (tourist tax). You can check in to the apartment between 16:00-22:00 – we might be able to arrange a later check-in but this must be requested in advance (there is a surcharge of €70 for a late check-in).
