Apartment Lepelletier in Chamonix is a great value one-bedroom apartment located in the Alpes building in the very centre of town. It has a flexible layout so can sleep up to 4 guests. The apartment has a sunny balcony to relax on and comes with an underground car parking space.
The apartment is located in a medium-sized residence which has access directly onto the pedestrianised street running through the centre of Chamonix. You're just minutes away from the wonderful bakeries, restaurants, bars and shops that Chamonix has to offer. The Savoy nursery slope is a couple of minutes’ walk from the apartment. From here you can take the drag lift up to the main Brevent lift, and you can ski right back down to within a couple of minutes’ of the apartment. To get to the other ski areas in the Chamonix Valley you can hop on the bus at the stop just a few minutes walk away. In the summer, you can easily access all the walking trails from the apartment. The 50m outdoor pool is a short walk away, as are the tennis courts.
The apartment has an open plan living/dining/kitchen area with double sofa bed and TV. The fully equipped kitchen has a fridge, oven and stove. The bedroom contains 1 double bed and ample storage. The bathroom has a above bath shower and contains the washing machine. Externally the property has am underground parking space and sunny balcony.
The apartment is sold self catered. Self-catered bookings include linen/towels, end of stay cleaning and local taxe de sejour (tourist tax). You can check in to the apartment between 16:00-22:00 – we might be able to arrange a later check-in but this must be requested in advance (there is a surcharge of €70 for a late check-in).
