The walk to the pedestrianised high street is also just a six minute walk away where you will find every amenity with superb restaurants, cafés and bars as well as supermarkets, shops and ski/board/boot hire shops. The closest lift is the famous Aiguille du Midi, just a 3 minute walk, taking you up to 3842m and giving spectacular views of Mont Blanc and giving you access to the famous powder skiing descent, the Vallee Blanche.
