Additionally the use of an outdoor pool is on offer for guests staying in summer. 

The Location

Apartment Grand Beausite benefits from a central Chamonix location, on the pedestrianised high street but facing the Brévent ski area behind. Numerous popular cafés, bars and restaurants are within a 2 minute walk and there is an excellent bakery just a 5 minute walk away. For those arriving by train or wishing to use it to explore the Chamonix Valley, there is a station also within a convenient 5 minute walk from the apartment. The bus stop for the free bus service, giving access to all the ski areas within the Chamonix Valley is also just a few minutes walk. A fantastic and convenient central location for anyone looking to make the most of everything Chamonix has to offer.

The Details

Apartment Grand Beausite is situated on the 3rd floor of an apartment building with a lift. There is an open plan living/dining/kitchen area with sofa bed, TV and dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, oven and stove and washing machine. There is one bedroom containing a double bed and ample storage. There is one bathroom with a WC, shower and basin. The apartment also benefits from a beautiful view of Le Brevent ski area and the use of a swimming pool facing the Mont Blanc massif during the summer months. Please note parking is not included with the apartment however the St Michel car park is only a couple of minutes away.

What’s Included

Self-catered bookings include linen and towels based on the standard guest configuration. If your apartment features a sofa bed and you require additional linen to accommodate maximum occupancy, a supplementary linen fee of €25 will apply. The rate also includes end-of-stay cleaning and the local taxe de séjour (tourist tax), which provides access to a Carte d’Hôtes. This card grants complimentary use of local trains and discounts on museum admissions and other attractions.

Standard check-in is available between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM, with check-out required by 10:00 AM. Please note that late arrivals may incur additional charges. If your apartment permits pets, additional fees apply. Dogs are charged at €15 per night per dog; however, cats are not permitted in any Alpes Travel apartments.

Payment terms and Cancellation 

To confirm the booking, you must pay 10% of the total cost. Along with the accommodation fee, you will be charged a local tourist tax of 4.6 euros per adult per night. The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the provided card 30 days before your arrival. You will receive an email notification prior to the balance being charged.

If you cancel your booking via email up to 30 days before arrival, you will receive a full refund. However, within 30 days of arrival, the booking becomes non-refundable.

Please note that a temporary damage deposit of €250 will be charged on the day of arrival and held for the duration of the stay. The deposit will be released upon check-out.
