Apartment Kitson is a spacious three bedroom, three bathroom apartment sleeping up to 6 guests. Apartment Kitson benefits from a central Chamonix location, situated in a popular building on the pedestrianised high street. In Chamonix you will find every amenity with superb restaurants, cafés and bars as well as supermarkets, shops and ski/board/boot hire shops. The bus stop for the free Chamonix Valley bus service is under a 5 minute walk from the apartment. From here there are regular buses giving easy access to all the excellent ski areas the valley has to offer. The famous Aiguille du Midi lift, taking you up to 3842m and giving spectacular views of Mont Blanc is also just a 5 minute walk from the apartment. A fantastic and convenient location for anyone looking to make the most of everything Chamonix has to offer.

Apartment Kitson is on the second floor of an apartment building with a lift. The apartment has an open plan kitchen/living/dining area with dining table, large l-shaped sofa and TV. The modern kitchen is fitted with a fridge-freezer, oven, hob, microwave and dishwasher. There is also a utility area with a washing machine/dryer. The first bedroom features a double bed and ensuite shower room with basin (no WC). The second and third bedrooms are both twin rooms with 2 single beds each. There is a bathroom with a shower over a bath, basin and WC and a further bathroom with a second shower over a bath and basin and a separate WC. Externally there are 2 balconies, a designated parking space in a secure underground car park and a small ski locker.
What’s Included
Self-catered bookings include linen and towels based on the standard guest configuration. If your apartment features a sofa bed and you require additional linen to accommodate maximum occupancy, a supplementary linen fee of €25 will apply. The rate also includes end-of-stay cleaning and the local taxe de séjour (tourist tax), which provides access to a Carte d’Hôtes. This card grants complimentary use of local trains and discounts on museum admissions and other attractions.
Standard check-in is available between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM, with check-out required by 10:00 AM. Please note that late arrivals may incur additional charges. If your apartment permits pets, additional fees apply. Dogs are charged at €15 per night per dog; however, cats are not permitted in any Alpes Travel apartments.
Payment terms and CancellationÂ
To confirm the booking, you must pay 10% of the total cost. Along with the accommodation fee, you will be charged a local tourist tax of 4.6 euros per adult per night. The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the provided card 30 days before your arrival. You will receive an email notification prior to the balance being charged.
If you cancel your booking via email up to 30 days before arrival, you will receive a full refund. However, within 30 days of arrival, the booking becomes non-refundable.
Please note that a temporary damage deposit of €250 will be charged on the day of arrival and held for the duration of the stay. The deposit will be released upon check-out.
